Ash Wednesday is February 17th
You are invited to attend English Mass at 7:00 a.m., our school Mass at 1:00 p.m., or our bilingual Mass at 7:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19, parishioners will receive ashes by having them sprinkled on the crown of their heads (Interestingly, this is how countries like Italy normally distribute ashes!).
Have you signed up for a St. Joseph book study discussion group yet?
Groups will meet for 4 weeks during Lent and are great way to enjoy the book with other! Discussion Groups will be offered during the following times:
- Mondays (starting 2/22) 7pm - 8pm at Christ the King with Fr. Fulton
- Fridays (starting 2/19) 9:30am - 10am on Zoom
Christ the King Stations of the Cross Booklets
A special bilingual Stations of the Cross booklet with reflections for our parish during this 75th anniversary year will be available this weekend in the vestibule. We are asking for a $1 donation to cover our printing costs. With this booklet, you can meditate on the reflections either at home or in church.
Lenten Opportunities
In addition to our regular Friday confessions from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., we will also have confessions on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We will pray bilingual stations of the cross on Fridays at 7:00 p.m. We will use Father Calloway’s book “Consecration to Saint Joseph” to undergo a 33-day preparation for that Mass, beginning this Monday, February 15 and ending with a special 7:00 p.m. Mass on the Feast of St. Joseph on Friday, March 19. Lastly, Catholic Relief Services has Rice Bowls for all parishioners, which are available in the vestibule. During Lent, the Diocese of Columbus is hosting 40 Days of Adoration at churches throughout the area. You can find a
full schedule here. For more information on Lenten opportunities visit:

Taste of Italy Tour
Join other men from Christ the King for the Catholic Men's Conference!
If you have not signed up yet, you still have time. You can pick up a registration form at church or also register online at
www.catholicmensministry.com. The event will take place on February 27, starting at 8:30 a.m. and ending at noon. All men are invited for this up-building opportunity of faith and fellowship. We will enjoy keynote video presentations from some of the nation’s best Catholic speakers, along with opportunities for Mass and confession.
Christ the King will be participating in a parish-wide survey
Your participation is critical! The survey can be accessed at
https://portal.catholicleaders.org/dmi/survey/kdb842dbp4 starting February 17. This unique survey will enable you to provide feedback on the ways in which our parish family impacts your life of faith. All responses will be confidential, and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole. We are trying to get the highest response rate possible! This information will be invaluable to our pastor and our various ministries as we plan for the future. If you prefer a paper copy, you may pick up it after daily and Sunday Masses. They will be located in the vestibule. Printed surveys can be dropped off or mailed to the parish office. Thank you for helping with this important project!
